New Music

Younger at Most Everything by Kyle Morgan is out now

Very glad that we were meant to share with you at last thewinding folk beautythat lives in the new album by singer-songwriter Kyle Morgan.

Americana UK knowingly described the album as “dark, subtle America that begs multiple plays,” while Louder Than War has sensitively assessed its “vulnerability with a hauntingly epic feel.” We hope that you will spend some time with this special new album.

Please consider adding songs from it to your playlists. You can show your love by following Kyle on the music services you use and on social media, and you don’t have to spend an extra cent.

That following thing truly helps artists if you can find it in your clicks to do it. And if you want to shell out, that’s great, too. Head over to Bandcamp and find music at its closest source, or investigate other premium quality listening experiences.

Track Premiere: Ransom The Captive Heart by Kyle Morgan

…a winding folk beauty

Under The Radar Magazine

Track Premiere

We are so excited to share with you “Ransom The Captive Heart, ” the new single by Kyle Morgan which premiered yesterday at Under the Radar. You can read the article by Caleb Campbell here.

Younger At Most Everything, coming to Team Love Records February 25, 2022, is a collection of deeply personal songs that reads like a map of Morgan’s spiritual evolution. From child of evangelical Christianity to existentially paralyzed adolescent, drunken romantic to neurotic but industrious artist, Younger takes listeners on a bumpy journey through the badlands of self-doubt, fear, repression, and near-despair, charting the ongoing, non-linear path towards healing.

Listen to the new song — it’s out now everywhere.

Thank you so much. We are sending love. XOTL

We are so happy to inroduce the newest addition to our roster, Kyle Morgan. You may already know Kyle as Starcrossed Losers, or as member of Tumbling Bones, from Portland, Maine. Kyle also plays guitar on Our Lady Star of the Sea, Help and Protect Us by the gracious Tica Douglas, which was released on Team Love in 2017.

Queens NY-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kyle Morgan grew up in central Pennsylvania, where he spent countless Sunday mornings amidst the broken strains and coffee breath of his church congregation. His first record, Starcrossed Losers, became the alias under which he would go on to release two more, Bind Us Anew and Strange Hesitations, each featuring his distinctive conglomeration of Americana styles, from stripped-down acoustic ballads and love-lorn parlor laments to roaring alt-country and throwback 60’s rock’n’roll.  His newest single, “Do You Still Have Some Fight In You,” is coming to Team Love Records November 12.
